Châteauneuf-du-Pape
In 2001, Aurore Gauthier, the sixth generation of a winemaking family, took over the reins of the family estate, comprised of nine plots of vines ranging in age from 12 to 120 years. With the arrival of her son Tristan, they decided together to perpetuate the traditions of their ancestors. The estate is in its third year of organic conversion and has not used glyphosate since 1999.
Today, we offer you the unique opportunity to become an actor in this process by joining a Vineyard Land Group (GFV) dedicated to the protection of this exceptional terroir.
By becoming a co-owner of vineyards within the prestigious Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, you actively participate in preserving a valuable winemaking heritage, while also enjoying the fruits of this precious land. Join us to perpetuate the spirit of these vines and contribute to a sustainable and meaningful winemaking project.

OUR GFV?
Recevoir 6 bouteilles de CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE par an et par part sociale et ce, tant que vous serez associés du GFV ou nous pouvons revendre vos bouteilles a votre place (rendement de 5% par ans).
Avantages fiscaux significatifs : possible réduction d'impôt de 18%, exonération partielle d’IFI et abattement de 75% en cas de transmission.
La préservation d'un patrimoine viticole d'exception, ainsi que la contribution à un projet local, durable et porteur de sens.
La convivialité tient une place importante : chaque année se tient l’assemblée générale, moment privilégié où vous recevrez vos 6 bouteilles par part. Cette rencontre sera l’occasion de partager une dégustation, un repas chaleureux, ainsi qu’une visite de notre chai et de vos vignes.
Un investissement en capital sécurisé dans la mesure où la valeur des parts sociales suit celle du foncier de l'AOC. Cette dernière n'a pas baissé depuis 40 ans si on s'en réfère aux prix des transactions (en 1980 : 35.000 €/ha – en 1990 : 80.000 € / ha – en 2000 : 230.000 € / ha – en 2010 : 350.000 € / ha – en 2020 : 450.000 € / ha – en 2023 : 530.000 € /ha).
