It’s with planting that it all begins. This crucial and delicate step is decisive for the future of the vine.
The choice of planting day is important, because we work following the lunar cycle. This harmony with nature allows the vine to prosper.

We work as previous generations did, respecting the land and the ecosystem, while keeping organic farming as our objective.
Treatment
Treatments are kept to a minimum and we adapt them to each situation.
We have been in organic conversion for almost 3 years, which represents more delicate work in managing the transitions.

vendanges
Chaque année, nous réalisons des vendanges manuelles en pratiquant la vendange entière. Cela signifie que nous conservons la rafle de la grappe, qui, tout au long de la phase de fermentation, infuse au jus un arôme boisé subtil. La rafle est ensuite extraite au moment du pressurage de la récolte.
