The plantation
It’s with planting that it all begins. This crucial and delicate step is decisive for the future of the vine.
The choice of planting day is important, because we work following the lunar cycle. This harmony with nature allows the vine to prosper.
Working the land
We work as previous generations did, respecting the land and the ecosystem while keeping organic farming as our objective.
Treatment
Treatments are kept to a minimum and we adapt them to each situation.
We have been in biological conversion for almost 3 years, this represents more delicate work in managing passages.
